Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational execution of the practice.
• Establish and maintain processes for consistency and high client experience.
• Monitor CRM tasks and workflows; ensure deadlines are met.
• Lead projects from concept to implementation; leverage AI/automation where appropriate.
• Analyze practice data and generate actionable insights for leadership.
