Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership in operations within financial services, wealth management, RIA, or investment management.
• Experience supervising Relationship Managers, Client Service Associates, and Administrative staff.
• Strong understanding of account servicing, money movement, and custodian processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving to improve operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day office operations and ensure efficient workflows and client service aligned with firm standards.
• Provide direct leadership and development of staff, fostering accountability and high performance.
• Act as primary operational resource for advisors and support staff with workload prioritization.
• Oversee client service activities: account openings, maintenance, transfers, money movements, and servicing.
• Ensure seamless onboarding for new clients, including documentation and custodian transitions.
• Maintain accuracy of client and entity records, including insurance and tax-related documentation.
• Monitor workflows and service requests to ensure timely completion and proactive communication.
• Collaborate with advisors, custodians, and teams to deliver coordinated support and compliance with firm policies.
