Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and manage firm-wide workflow to keep teams running efficiently.
• Manage staff scheduling, including vacation and paid time off requests and coverage planning.
• Lead the onboarding process for new employees, from first-day setup through training coordination.
• Oversee payroll processing and related administrative responsibilities.
• Manage client billing, including fee calculations, invoicing, and billing reconciliation.
• Partner with the COO on operational planning, process improvements, and firm initiatives.
• Identify gaps in internal processes and implement solutions that support firm growth.
