Qualifications

• 10+ years of operations, client service, or business-process leadership in wealth management or regulated sectors.
• 3+ years leading or supervising teams.
• Demonstrated experience improving workflows, service delivery, accountability, and capacity.
• Experience managing CRM, workflow, documentation, reporting, and process-improvement efforts.
• Strong people leadership, communication, problem-solving, and follow-through.
• Ability to lead in scaling, changing, resource-conscious environments.

Responsibilities

• Build the Operations Function: assess current operations, establish ownership and standards, create workflow cadence and documentation.
• Lead Daily Operations and Client Service: assign and monitor work, ensure turnaround times and quality, handle escalations, partner with advisors.
• Systems, Data, and Process Discipline: improve CRM data quality, reporting, and system adoption, support data cleanup and transitions.
• Team Leadership and Development: set expectations, coach, build cross-training, hire and develop talent.
• Compliance and Risk Execution: ensure compliant workflows, partner on audits, escalate risks, reinforce policies.
