You will lead on-site teams, recruit and develop local talent, monitor costs weekly and monthly, and ensure projects stay on track from booking to closeout. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related field or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in the mechanical HVAC industry.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Must have a valid driver's license and compliant driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects over $500k in size with subcontractor management and owner communication.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales and operations to maximize profitability.
• Monitor costs and cash flow on owner-direct projects, weekly and monthly.
• On-site leadership to ensure projects execute on track and resolve delays.
• Recruit local talent and develop the team alongside Branch leadership.
