Job summary

Boochcraft is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing across the brewery, warehouse, maintenance, and process functions. You will report to the CEO and partner with Finance, Sales, R&D, Quality, and other leaders to drive safe, efficient production and continuous improvement.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong manufacturing fundamentals, and the ability to develop KPIs, manage costs, and scale operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• Approximately 7+ years of progressive manufacturing or operations experience, leading teams and production operations.
• Experience in food & beverage, CPG, brewing, or regulated manufacturing preferred.
• Strong leadership, accountability, and hands-on problem-solving on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day brewery, production, warehouse, maintenance, and related operational activities.
• Ensure production schedules are planned and executed to meet customer demand (OTIF).
• Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement culture across operations.
• Develop and manage KPIs to measure productivity, yield, cost, and capacity utilization.
• Maintain equipment and facilities and ensure reliable operations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coach and develop the Operations team with clear performance expectations.
