You’ll recruit and develop leaders, manage performance, and partner with sales to deliver outstanding client outcomes and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading facility management or multi-site operations.
• Ability to coach and develop supervisors and field staff.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel locally with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your team of Facility Service Managers.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality facility maintenance services.
• Build relationships with property managers and business owners.
• Drive operational performance and growth alongside sales.
