Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions of Central Kentucky seeks a proven operations leader to oversee service delivery, develop team members, support independent contractors, and ensure exceptional facility services across our growing client portfolio.

This leadership role drives the WOW Experience for clients, mentors Night Managers and field teams, and champions continuous improvement in operations, safety, and quality across the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of management or leadership experience.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing teams.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery across Central Kentucky client accounts.
• Lead, coach, and develop Night Managers and operational staff.
• Resolve service issues and ensure client satisfaction with a WOW Experience.
• Support selection of Independent Contractors for new and reactivated accounts.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs to minimize disruptions.
• Plan staffing, contractor coverage, and scheduling for new starts.
