Job summary

2 Brothers Moving & Delivery in Portland, OR is seeking a general manager to own field execution, people development, revenue performance, and customer experience for a team of 25+.

You will work alongside field crews, coach and develop talent, and use data to measure success. You will build a leadership pipeline and implement scalable processes; moving industry experience is a plus but not required. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Proven integrator with ability to systematize processes and train others.
• Own the outcome; you fix issues and prevent recurrence.
• Coach in the field and understand hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Field execution and quality: manage crew performance, safety, DOT compliance, and fleet oversight.
• People development and accountability: hire, onboard, train, and manage performance; build leaders from entry-level staff.
• Revenue and customer experience: drive revenue outcomes and customer satisfaction, turn first-time clients into fans.
• Systems and org development: implement repeatable processes and report quarterly progress.
• Culture leadership: set the example and attract top performers.
