Job summary

2 Brothers Moving & Delivery is seeking an Assistant Moving Operations Manager in Portland, OR. The role focuses on field leadership, crew management, and optimizing logistics to exceed client expectations. You will supervise 25+ personnel and work to scale processes while maintaining our brand and culture.

The position offers a base pay of $25–$27/hr DOE, with cash tips (~$4/hr) and performance bonuses up to $1/hr, along with listed benefits. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field crews and driving staff performance.
• Proven ability to manage delegation and accountability.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to moving industry.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Field Leadership: manage daily activities of crews in the field, and lead the successful completion of moving projects.
• Crew Management: teach, coach, and mentor field staff in the responsibilities of their role.
• Operations & Logistics: oversee the day-to-day operations, scheduling, and site surveys to ensure successful job completion.
• Culture Leadership: be an ambassador of our core values and set the example for field operations.
