Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with business acumen.
• 2+ years experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations.
• Flexible and open work schedule.
• Basic food safety understanding and practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day supervision of non-management staff, assign duties, coach and develop shifts supervisors.
• Be able to perform duties in the absence of the general manager.
• Motivate staff and address low morale to maintain a productive environment.

• Address issues promptly and effectively to maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and brand standards maintained.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and daily reporting as directed.
