Job summary

Nox Metals is seeking an Assistant General Manager to convert company priorities into disciplined daily execution. You will work across manufacturing, shipping, supply chain, sales, and people operations to keep the business moving and ensure clear ownership for problems.

This hands-on role requires floor presence, data-driven insight, and a track record of accountability, safety, and reliability. You will report to the General Manager and help drive continuous improvement, hiring, onboarding,

Qualifications

Hands-on operator with ability to switch between data analysis and floor work.
Strong organizational skills, calm under shifting priorities.
Able to turn ambiguous problems into practical actions.
Willing to hold people accountable while earning trust.

Responsibilities

Run the daily operating rhythm across production, shipping, quality, and customer commitments.
Translate company goals into clear priorities, owners, and deadlines.
Track safety, throughput, on-time delivery, quality, labor, and inventory accuracy.
Identify constraints early and coordinate teams to resolve them.
Build standard work, scorecards, and operating processes that scale.
Coach managers and frontline leaders while maintaining accountability.
Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management.
Help resolve urgent customer, supplier, and operational issues.
