Job summary

Nox Metals is seeking an Operations Systems Product Manager to own the software used on the factory floor for inventory, planning, production, quality, and shipping workflows.

You will observe operators, map real work flows, define requirements with engineering and operations, and drive adoption from discovery through rollout in a full-time, on-site role in Los Angeles, CA or Detroit, MI. The position emphasizes safety, reliability, and throughput improvements.

• Design workflows that stay clear under high-pressure situations.
• Lead product delivery from discovery through rollout and adoption.
• Measure system usage and operational performance after launch.
• Maintain documentation and decision history.
• Coordinate changes across software, training, process and equipment.
• Build trust with users by quickly addressing system failures.
