Job summary

Central States Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an employee-owner to lead a production area, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time performance. You will coach teams, implement continuous improvement, monitor KPIs, and drive cost control while maintaining an engaged, high‑performing workforce.

You will work with site management to execute daily production plans, develop future leaders, conduct safety analyses, and sustain a culture of ownership and collaboration across shifts.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree and minimum two years in a leadership role or equivalent.
• Strong safety awareness and OSHA knowledge.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Follows and enforces all plant safety procedures and uses PPE.
• Develops team through on-the-job training and coaching.
• Promotes daily team huddles and participation across shifts.
• Leads continuous improvement to improve safety, quality, and on-time performance.
• Monitors KPI-based performance and drives actions to meet end goals.
