United Rentals in San Diego is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of quality service, drive safety, and ensure process compliance across the branch. This role requires strong leadership, a customer-focused mindset, and proficiency with Excel.

You will support the Branch Manager, supervise Inside Sales Reps and Drivers, motivate staff, and push toward financial objectives while delivering world-class customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and operational experience.
• Strong motivational and leadership skills.
• Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record.

Responsabilités

• Support Branch Manager in achieving financial objectives.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Oversee sales efforts and business initiatives.
• Manage performance of Inside Sales Reps, Drivers and other staff.
• Motivate, coach and train personnel.
• Promote a culture of safety and discipline through leadership, accountability and communication.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
