Responsibilities

• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (customers, suppliers, associates)
• Drive and implement the business plan for the area to achieve facility goals (production, quality, safety) and implement operational improvements
• Forecast staffing workloads and performance results to meet business demands
• Prepare, review and/or analyze business reports to identify operational improvements (production, quality, safety)
• Monitor and ensure compliance with logistics, quality and safety standards, policies and directives
• Identify and resolve associates, customer and supplier concerns using judgment or escalation as needed
• Supervise and manage associates and leaders by giving direction, monitoring performance and providing feedback
• Maintain integrity and promote Walmart values; foster belonging, collaboration and development across teams
• Deliver customer-first outcomes and data-driven decision making; balance short- and long-term priorities
• Drive continuous improvements and adoption of new technologies and skills to support change
