• Alternative paths: 1 year experience as Walmart Logistics Area Manager or 3 years in similar roles with supervision responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing to drive and implement the business plan for area of responsibility.
• Forecast staffing workload and performance results to meet business demands and analyze reports for improvements.
• Supervise and manage associates and leaders, provide feedback, and identify training needs.
• Ensure compliance with logistics, quality, and safety standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
