You will manage equipment, schedules, and coordination with project teams while seeking new business opportunities.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management, 2–4 years of hands-on leadership and travel readiness, with strong negotiation and communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management.
• Telecommunications industry experience, or combination of education and experience.
• Proven leadership in a cross functional team environment.
• Strong negotiator and consensus builder.
• Travel is required.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Operations Division's overall performance, including operations, equipment and facilities.
• Ensure safety requirements and DOT compliance with EHS coordination.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to monitor customer satisfaction.
• Identify and implement continuous process improvements for efficient service delivery.
• Analyze KPIs and drive productivity and profitability across the division.
• Manage employee and subcontractor schedules to meet deadlines safely.
• Coordinate with Project Management for smooth handoffs and information flow.
• Onboard and manage subcontractors and workforce planning to meet demand.
