Texstar Enterprises LLC. seeks a seasoned Construction Division Leader to own operations, safety, and profitability. You will manage equipment, facilities, and schedules, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with safety and DOT requirements while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires leadership across cross-functional teams, strong negotiation skills, and a data-driven mindset to monitor KPIs, guide subcontractors, and optimize workforce deployment for success.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a cross functional team environment.
• Strong negotiator and consensus builder.
• Commitment to technology-driven process improvement.
• Proficient word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet and cloud-based computer skills; Google suite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assumes complete responsibility for the assigned Construction Division, its operations, its equipment and its facilities.
• Ensures safety requirements and DOT compliance in coordination with Safety department.
• Maintains regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to monitor customer satisfaction and organizational congruence.
• Identifies and implements continuous process improvement initiatives for efficient service delivery.
• Monitors and reports KPIs of divisional operations and holds stakeholders accountable for productivity and profitability.
• Oversees scheduling and quality control to meet company promises of quality and timeliness.
