Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5–7 years relevant experience.
• Securities licenses or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• State IAR registration or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Life, Accident, Health licenses or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Supervisory experience with HR policies and labor laws.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to motivate.
• Time management and multi-tasking in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities supporting results, revenue growth, client experience and efficiencies.
• Manage resources to achieve business results including revenue targets.
• Partner with Branch Manager to ensure advisor business plans are completed and marketing events tracked and measured.
• Assist advisors by preparing financial plans, conducting investment research and completing trades and transactions.
• Prepare client meetings by scheduling and summarizing meetings and following up.
• Provide general administrative duties such as answering phones and processing reports.
• Build, manage and analyze branch vitals and expense reports; identify cost-saving opportunities.
