Ameriprise Financial in Farmington Hills, MI is seeking a Registered Operations Leader to oversee branch operations, staff development and regulatory compliance. You will partner with the Branch Manager to drive revenue, client experience and efficiency across the practice, while supporting advisors with financial planning, research and trades.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of supervisory experience, FINRA licenses (Series 7 or ability to obtain) and registrations, plus strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Five plus years in supervisory roles in financial services.
• Series 7 or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• State securities registrations (S63/S66) or ability to obtain.
• Life, Accident, Health licenses & Variable Contracts or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• In-office collaboration; in-person work five days a week.

Responsabilités

• Lead branch operations to support revenue growth and client experience.
• Supervise staff and allocate resources; conduct 1:1s.
• Prepare financial plans and assist advisors with research and trades.
• Oversee new business paperwork and administrative duties.
• Develop reports and branch metrics; manage budgets.
• Ensure compliance training with Registered Principal.
