Amazon.com Services LLC in California (Vacaville) is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly staff, driving safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You will deploy productivity plans, balance workloads, and partner with safety, engineering, and HR to meet business objectives.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership experience, a flexible schedule, and a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsabilités

• Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build productivity plans through forecast reviews, determining productivity requirements, and partnering with other Leaders to load balance.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives.
