Job summary

SAP America, Inc. in Newtown Square, PA is hiring an Operations Expert to lead complex cross-unit projects and drive program design, change management, and continuous improvement of operational procedures.

The role requires coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment with unit goals and SAP strategy. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or higher in Business or Finance, 5–7 years of experience, and deep knowledge of end-to-end processes, ERP systems, and private cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Finance, or related field with 7 years experience, or Master’s with 5 years experience.
• Experience with End to End processes and cross-functional projects is required.
• Knowledge of IFRS15, private cloud delivery, pricing rules, cash collections, and governance is needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-departmental projects and align priorities with SAP strategy.
• Design, plan, and implement development/change programs and policies.
• Provide expert input on program tools and archetypes for complex initiatives.
• Coach and develop team members and lead tasks in absence of a manager.
