Job summary

The candidate will manage end-to-end processes, drive standardization, and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business/Finance with 7 years of experience; strong ERP and agile experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; 7 years in job or related occupation.
• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Finance, or related field with 5 years experience.
• Two years in Finance & Administration: IFRS15, Private Cloud delivery, pricing, cash, reporting and controlling, ERP processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-unit projects aligned to SAP strategy.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and facilitation; drive change management initiatives.
• Design, plan, and implement development/change programs, policies, and processes.
• Monitor KPIs and support senior management; guide team members.
