Job summary

Integrated Power Services, LLC. is seeking an Operations Manager to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction at our JPS repair facility.

You will lead supervisors, leads, technicians, and materials to achieve daily and long-term production goals while upholding safety and quality standards. In this role, you will coordinate labor, collaborate with the AGM and management team, support commercial estimating, and develop a One IPS culture through servant leadership and effective

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology or Manufacturing Management preferred.
• 10+ years of production or maintenance management experience.
• Knowledge of low and medium voltage circuit breakers and switchgear components.
• MS Office, TEAMS, and ERP system experience.
• Experience with Lean, Six-Sigma, 6S, Safety & engagement practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct hourly workers to work safely and participate in safety audits.
• Lead shop staff with servant leadership to foster One IPS culture.
• Communicate to keep team focused on customers and improvements.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate hourly labor to support production schedules.
• Oversee labor, equipment, and materials to meet daily/long-term goals.
• Develop and evaluate project work plans and customer reporting.
• Coordinate customer job inspections for safety and schedule.
• Support quality program development and process standards.
