Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is hiring an Operations Manager to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction in its JPS repair facility. The role leads supervisors, technicians, and processes to meet daily production goals while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will develop work plans, manage labor and costs, collaborate with the AGM and warehouse team, and support the commercial side with estimating and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial tech or manufacturing mgmt.
• Experience leading production/maintenance in a circuit breaker/switchgear environment.
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct hourly staff to meet production goals while ensuring safety and quality.
• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and key metrics.
• Coordinate labor planning, material usage, and cost controls to support the schedule.
