Job summary

IPG is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader in the Operations department to drive IPS-based improvements across sites. You will lead the development and integration of CI methodologies, engage employees, and align projects with site value streams.

The role requires an engineering background, 4–7 years of CI experience, and strong leadership and communication skills to influence at all organizational levels.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering required; Master’s preferred.
• 4–7 years of CI experience in manufacturing with PM and analytical skills.
• Lean/Six Sigma training preferred; MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent organizational, time management, leadership and motivational skills.
• Interact with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high impact site initiatives to drive step-change improvements.
• Ensure execution of CI projects and support project sponsors.
• Provide leadership for CI activities and link activities to value streams.
• Maintain progress with CI methodologies and integrate learnings across IPS.
• Coordinate with Corporate IPS CI Pillar Team to align with strategies.
• Lead high impact initiatives with customer-focused outcomes and change management.
