American Organics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee all divisions, drive revenue growth, manage costs, and ensure compliance with Federal, State, OSHA and local regulations while advancing environmental sustainability through composting and waste reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field.
• 7–10 years of management experience in manufacturing/ops.
• Strong knowledge of DOT/OSHA and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance to meet productivity metrics.
• Manage full P&L for assigned division including revenue, costs, and budgets.
• Lead and coach staff across compost operations, transportation, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, OSHA and local regulations; manage safety programs.
• Prepare and present monthly financial/operational results to leadership and board.
