American Organics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee all business areas within the assigned division, driving revenue growth, cost control, and rigorous environmental safety practices. You will lead composting, transportation, and maintenance, manage day-to-day operations, and collaborate with leadership to optimize workflow, staffing, and equipment utilization.

A bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years of manufacturing leadership experience are required, with strong problem solving,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 7–10 years of manufacturing management experience.
• Experience managing operations with mechanical and processing equipment.
• Familiarity with DOT, OSHA, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance of operations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance to meet productivity metrics.
• Full P&L responsibility for the division, including revenue growth, cost management, compliance, and budget development.
• Lead teams across compost operations, transportation, and maintenance.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the facility.
• Lead scheduled Operations meetings with Leadership Team.
• Review monthly financial/operational results with leadership.
• Develop annual operating budgets including revenue, cost projections, and capital projects.
• Interact with vendors, customers, and stakeholders.
