• Ability to travel to local industry events.
• Strong communication to engage community partners.

• Oversee material logistics, feedstock reception, ASP process, windrow turning, screening, and testing to ensure efficient and consistent production output.
• Monitor, record, and analyze pile metrics; ensure compost meets market specifications; cultivate customers for finished product.
• Ensure facility operates in compliance with environmental regulations (odor control, stormwater, leachate).
• Maintain site cleanliness and equipment readiness through daily checks and preventive maintenance.
• Cultivate relationships with agencies and stakeholders; participate in community outreach events.
• Collaborate with Terminal Manager to improve site activities and operational efficiencies.
