Job summary

Austin Allen Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for a dynamic manufacturing environment in Memphis, TN. The role focuses on overseeing daily operations, ensuring production goals, safety, and adherence to policies and procedures.

You will implement and maintain operations processes, drive improvements in production, safety, and quality in the plant, and manage direct reports, budget, labor, CMMS, and safety training. A bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years in an industrial chemical manufacturing environment.
• Experience with blending and filling machinery.
• Capital project management experience.
• Experience in setting goals and managing teams.
• Proven ability to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
• Strong safety management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to meet production goals and safety standards.
• Implement and maintain operations processes and procedures, driving improvements.
• Manage budget, labor, CMMS, and safety training for all team members.
• Direct reports and accountability for plant performance.
