Job summary

Healing Strides Counseling is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a chemical manufacturing facility in Greeneville, TN, with relocation provided. The role requires hands-on leadership of day-to-day production, ensuring safe, reliable operation and continuous improvement across shifts.

The candidate will partner with Plant Manager, Engineering, Maintenance and EHS to reduce downtime, improve throughput and product quality, and develop operators and frontline leaders in a safety-first

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry or related technical discipline.
• Extensive operations experience in chemical manufacturing.
• Experience supervising operators and production teams.
• Strong knowledge of process safety and continuous-process operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily chemical plant production operations ensuring safety, reliability and efficiency.
• Coach and develop operators across multiple shifts.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance to troubleshoot issues and reduce downtime.
• Drive safety culture and ensure compliance with PSM, PHA, MOC and PSSR.
