Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of operations or production management experience in chemical manufacturing.
• PSM experience required: OSHA 1910.119, LOTO, PSSR, MOC, incident investigation, PHA action item management.
• USW union environment experience required.

Aufgaben

• Drive manufacturing excellence by owning the OEE program (Gross/Availability/Performance/Net) and KPI visibility at all levels.
• Champion safety culture and LOTO compliance; train personnel on life-critical rules and conduct safety observations.
• Develop and maintain a rolling 3–5 year capital expenditure plan; collaborate with corporate capex on prioritization.
• Lead debottlenecking and value stream mapping to remove waste and optimize throughput.
• Maintain Enablon action items; ensure timely completion and report compliance status.
