Job summary

Banyan Treatment Centers in Lake Worth, FL is seeking a Director of Operations to lead non-clinical departments and ensure a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment within our inpatient behavioral health and substance use program.

The role collaborates with clinical, medical, and administrative leadership to support admissions, staffing, safety, and regulatory compliance, with regular hours 8:30-5 and on-site presence in Lake Worth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years in a management or supervisory role in healthcare.
• Minimum of three (3) years in addiction treatment or behavioral health operations.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; age 21+.
• Comfort with HIPAA, Joint Commission standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for non-clinical departments to ensure consistent operations.
• Coordinate daily ops to support admissions, discharges, and programming.
• Ensure workflows promote patient safety and continuity of care.
• Supervise and develop non-clinical staff; manage scheduling and performance.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, Joint Commission, and state/federal regs.
• Prepare operational reports and drive quality improvement and accreditation readiness.
