Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in behavioral health operations required.
• Must have a minimum of three years' experience as a Program Director, Executive Director or Clinical and Operations Manager within RTC or behavioral health settings.
• Working knowledge of behavioral health management practices and clinical operations.
• Working knowledge of state and federal regulatory and accreditation requirements related to behavioral health management.
• Working knowledge of operations and financial management and marketing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement routine operations elements and initiatives.
• Assess needs of the program and staff and address concerns.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and licensing requirements.
• Daily rounding with staff and onsite teams.
• Oversee local operations including residential, clinical, facilities, nursing, and culinary; collaborate with admissions and other teams.
• Track KPIs and ensure client/family/referent satisfaction and treatment completion.
• Analyze KPI data to identify opportunities and propose strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
