Phoenix House California is seeking a Senior Program Director to lead the overall management and operations of residential and outpatient services. You will supervise staff, ensure trauma-informed, evidence-based care, and align programs with organizational goals.

The role requires a master’s degree in health care administration and at least two years of leadership in a residential setting, with licensure requirements for clinical credentials (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in health care administration or related field.
• Minimum two years of leadership in a residential treatment or similar setting.
• LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC certification/qualification is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for residential and outpatient services.
• Ensure trauma-informed, evidence-based practices and quality outcomes.
• Lead staffing, budgeting, and performance oversight for program(s).
