Qualifications

• Extensive experience in manufacturing, operations, logistics, or similar settings.
• Strong ability to lead engineering, maintenance and analytics teams.
• Proven track record in establishing KPIs, dashboards and performance governance.
• Experience driving measurable improvements with financial validation.

Responsibilities

• Own operations dashboards for productivity, cost, labor efficiency, machine utilization, capacity, throughput, quality and downtime.
• Lead engineers focused on improving plant operations and implementing practical solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement programs for labor efficiency, machine utilization, throughput, downtime, and scheduling.
• Define initiatives with clear targets, ownership, timing and financial impact.
• Work with maintenance and reliability teams to improve uptime and equipment performance.
