Marken, the clinical and advanced therapy division of UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics, is seeking a Manager, Operations for the NORAM region. The role oversees daily performance across advanced therapy logistics in North America, ensuring service quality, regulatory compliance, and commitments to customers and patients.

The position emphasizes leading teams, optimizing cryogenic and cold-chain operations, and collaborating with global counterparts to sustain a seamless end-to-end supply

Qualifications

• Strong operations management experience with end-to-end process oversight.
• Oversight of packaging, cryogenic warehousing, and inventory management.
• Analytical planning to interpret data and track performance indicators.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and talent development.
• Experience budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.
• Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving and innovation.
• Background in healthcare logistics, pharma, biotech, or clinical trials is beneficial.
• Knowledge of air and ground freight operations within healthcare focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach operations teams.
• Manage daily operations including packaging, cryogenic fulfilment, warehousing and capacity.
• Coordinate with global partners for end-to-end supply chain.
• Monitor metrics, identify risks, drive improvements, align budgets.
• Serve as senior client contact with commercial and quality teams.
