Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in financial services or banking required.
• Knowledge of advisor office tools (Orion, Goldmine, Redtail, Salesforce) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove service to advisors and clients through proactive communication.
• Process new accounts, transfers, and maintenance requests with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain accurate client information in databases and systems.
• Coordinate projects, training, and process improvements to increase accuracy.
• Lead training sessions and mentor team members as a SME in multiple areas.
