Job summary

Hillyard, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for our Mesa, AZ area operations. The role focuses on continuous improvement, safety initiatives, and driving cost reductions while supporting sales growth and employee development.

Responsibilities include supervising Customer Service, Warehouse, Delivery, and Service, managing payroll, and engaging with regional leadership to execute strategic initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership position with a strong emphasis on cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• 4 year Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4-6 years’ experience or training in a related field.
• Forklift certification, or the ability to attain certification within 1 year.
• Superior communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership.
• Superior analytical skills; excellent understanding of 5S principles.
• Superior troubleshooting skills.
• Computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Customer Service, Warehouse, Delivery, and Service functions.
• Participate in hiring and payroll processes; provide coaching for continuous improvement.
