Chick-fil-A Texas is seeking an Operations Leader who champions service, teamwork and a servant’s heart. You will support senior leadership in daily operations, coach team members and ensure high standards of hospitality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes shifting leadership, training, accountability, and delivering a consistent guest experience while upholding Chick-fil-A culture and values across shift teams.

• Count drawers and finalize day

They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. Our Operations Leader is responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. The Operations Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members.
