Chick-fil-A is seeking a Team Leader to support daily operations, coach team members, and uphold our hospitality culture in a fast-paced restaurant. This full-time role focuses on task completion to run the restaurant smoothly, staff training, and leading shifts with accountability.
You will model outstanding hospitality, ensure safety and quality, and help drive brand growth while maintaining a positive work environment. Sundays are closed; competitive pay and benefits are provided.

A leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow. Each Team Leader will have an additional role/responsibility and a group of team members to support them. For example, their area may be safety, facilities, training, inventory, sales and brand growth, or a financial.
