Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3+ years of cGMP or supply chain logistics experience.
• Ability to influence the customer and drive spend.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with strong understanding of operations, business development and customer service.
• Detail oriented, tech-savvy, independent, and adaptable.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships and governance reporting.
• Lead governance meetings and QBRs with clients or stakeholders.
• Support recruitment and onboarding coordination across teams.
• Develop high-level relationships with customers and talent supply chain.
• Contribute to business development activities to grow Kelly revenue and GP at the client.
