Job summary

UPS is seeking a seasonal supervisor to oversee safety, production and attendance within a fast-paced warehouse environment in Ohio. The role focuses on training, developing workgroups and maintaining high standards for productivity, accuracy and customer service.

It requires strong communication, ability to lift, and knowledge of Office tools, with leadership experience preferred. The position emphasizes building positive team dynamics, coaching staff, and ensuring safety policy compliance

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate ability to lead and train teams in a safety-conscious environment.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and standard warehouse software.
• Experience in fast-paced warehouse operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures across the department.
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.

• Provide orientation, skills, and safety training with regular evaluations and coaching.
