Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor to oversee safety, production and attendance in a fast-paced warehouse. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of accuracy, customer service, organization and teamwork across all levels of the operation.

Responsibilities include training, coaching, and developing staff, ensuring compliance with safety policies, and optimizing resource use for maximum efficiency. Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or international equivalent.
• Management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs/32 kg.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and leads workgroups on safety, production and attendance.
