Job summary

UPS is seeking a seasonal supervisor to lead safety, production, and attendance in a fast-paced warehouse. This role trains staff, maintains productivity standards, and fosters teamwork across departments.

The candidate will oversee resources, drive continuous improvement, and implement development plans to support staff growth. Responsibilities include relationship-building with employees and customers, ensuring policy compliance, and delivering effective coaching and orientation.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be able to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs and work flexible shift hours.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• Manages department resources for maximum output and accuracy.
