UPS is seeking a seasonal Supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance in our Canton, OH facility. You will supervise, train, and develop workgroups, upholding high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service and safety.

You will foster a positive, team-oriented environment, coordinate resources, and implement development plans to support ongoing growth. The role requires strong communication, computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Flexibility to work up to 5 days per week.
