Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, manufacturing, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading work cells and teams.
• Knowledge of plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a culture of Safety within the workplace.
• Ensure all operations are carried on in a safe, appropriate, cost-effective way.
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
• Hold the shift and/or area accountable for standard operational and working practices.
• Identifying potential problems and finding solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue.
• Develop and recommend improvements to facilities, equipment, or procedures.
• Ensure products are produced on time and are of good quality.
• Drive operational excellence and process optimization.
• Perform quality controls and monitor/report production KPIs.
• Lead and motivate employees through positive encouragement, training, and coaching.
• Establish and maintain a well-motivated team.

Skills
