Job summary

Toyo Tires Tire Manufacturing is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Team Lead, Mechatronics & Controls, for our state-of-the-art automated facility in Georgia. You will guide a high-performing maintenance group to keep equipment reliable, stay on target for production, and grow teammates through targeted coaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities include building manpower plans, coordinating with production, driving EHS and ISO quality adherence, and partnering with HR to recruit and onboard

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two-year college required, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years leading in industrial maintenance and 5+ years multi-craft maintenance experience.
• Strong mastery of PLCs, robotics, servo drives and automated equipment.
• Proven leadership in safety, quality, and continuous improvement environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop technicians and team leaders, run daily meetings, and coach staff.
• Build schedules for people, equipment, and materials; align resources with production goals.
• Drive safety, 5S, ISO quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with peers, vendors, and technical experts to resolve issues quickly.
