Job summary

Ground Logistics is seeking a hands-on Team Supervisor to oversee daily FedEx delivery operations at the New Castle terminal. You will lead drivers, manage dispatch, and maintain a strong partnership with FedEx leadership to ensure safety, performance, and reliable service.

The role requires flexibility, including early mornings, extended days, or weekends, with scheduling adjustments as operations permit and opportunities for advancement within a growing FedEx contractor.

Qualifications

• Experience with FedEx, UPS, Amazon, DHL, Walmart deliveries or similar logistics environments.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Availability to work 6 days per week.
• Willingness for early mornings, extended days or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FedEx delivery operations in the terminal.
• Lead drivers, manage dispatch and problem-solve in real time.
• Coordinate safety trainings and ride-alongs.
• Maintain partnership with FedEx terminal management.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and readiness.
• Run delivery and pickup routes.
